MENTURA TNIB

TNIB (TETRA NETWORK INFORMATION BASE) is a solution for managing subscribers, network usage data, operative event data, network measurement data and alarms for different purposes. Whether you need just to know who is using the network, or need a bill for network usage, TNIB provides an answer to the question.

TNIB comprises of multiple application options, each integrating specific information sources to the system. When used together, the components can utilise the complete database.

We collect data from wherever it is available (CDRs, alarms, HLR, exchange, radios, server logs, subscriber and group tracking) and make essential information available in an easy and automatic way.

MENTURA ROCS

ROCS (Role Oriented Communications Server) is an advanced solution from Mentura Group. ROCS is suitable for all professional organisations that benefit from dynamic management of their radios and more streamlined communications. The users can configure ROCS to support any processes that the organisation is managing.

Aliasing means that a radio gets the communication profile of the user  as the radio is assigned to the user. ROCS also assigns the communication rights and numbers to radios based on specific task assignments. This allows many significant benefits:

• Anyone can use any radio from the pool - this simplifies terminal logistics and allows the users to optimise their radio inventory. As spare devices can be rapidly taken into use and profiled instantly, the field team's reachability is maximised.
• Communication rights can be assigned dynamically when needed and removed when the need is over. This means that radios can be assigned to temporary resources and collaborating agencies without compromising security .
• As the main part of the radio configuration is not programmed to the radio, but managed dynamically over the air, the need to re-program radios is minimised. This allows rapid changes to the fleetmap.
• Co-operating teams working on tasks are always in the correct talk-groups and can easily be reached.
• Radios are easily deployed but the current user and location is always known. This will reduce the loss of radios.
• A role-based numbering plan with tactical numbers can be deployed automatically - this allows reaching people handling a task without knowing who has been assigned, or which radio he's carrying. On the other hand the presence and status of people working in different roles is visible to the rest of the team.

TETRA Tracker AVLS

The TETRA Tracker system is an Automatic Vehicle Location management, Fleet management and dispatching solution for different user organizations managing a mobile field force. The system provides a platform for supporting operations o police, traffic control, emergency services, public transport and utilities. The TETRA Tracker solution is modular, and scales down also to very small organizations, but provides comprehensive support for large organizations. The organisation can deploy only the features that are required for supporting efficient operations.

The TETRA Tracker is available in 3 different product options:

1.     TETRA Tracker POS - Intelligent TETRA integrated positioning server providing OMA-MLP interface for 3^rd party GIS clients.

2.     TETRA Tracker GIS - Positioning server, and in addition intelligent GIS clients with customer adjusted map material for both control room workstations and mobile clients (mobile command posts).

3.     TETRA Tracker IM - As above, but with Incident Management and dispatching capabilities. Data clients are available also for TETRA radios. The Tracker IM solution typically involves integration with external data sources, resource management and alarm systems etc.
